O’Reilly Auto Parts in Pueblo West, Colorado is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and supervise the team to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure staffing during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in hiring, training, and coaching; ensure policy adherence and smooth store operations.
