Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to grow the company brand by delivering best-in-class service and bringing to life a distinctive world of adult beverages and more for our customers.

You will support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to expand our customer base and maximize profitability. Internally, you will be referred to as Assistant Manager and report to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail.
• Experience leading a sales-focused team and coaching staff.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve key performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, and lead store team with development.
• Support operations: payroll, inventory, merchandising, shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support inventory objectives.
