Job summary

Roses is seeking motivated individuals to support our Stores as we provide essential products at great values to the communities we serve. As a Roses/Roses Express Assistant Manager/Key Carrier you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the Store Manager with the overall operation of the store to achieve company deliverables.

Responsibilities include assisting with hiring and training, supporting daily store activities, and executing opening/closing

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members as directed by the Store Manager.
• Support day-to-day store operations and ensure store procedures are followed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Maintain a professional environment for customers and staff.
• Ensure stockroom and sales floor meet company standards and are organized.
