Sprouts Farmers Market in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations and drive sales, customer service, and safety standards. You will supervise a team of roughly ten department managers and receivers, ensuring processes run smoothly according to company programs.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L awareness, and the ability to train staff, manage inventory, and respond to emergencies.

Formación

• 21+ years of age and high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail experience or equivalent education.
• Proven leadership of non-perishable and perishable departments with P&L, safety, staffing, and training.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and analytical.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of ~10 department managers and receivers with integrity and care.
• Direct store operations to drive sales, inventory control, and labor costs.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with company policies.
• Train and develop leaders, coach performance, and manage staffing decisions.
• Ensure accurate pricing, displays, and product knowledge across departments.
