Carter's in New York seeks an Assistant Store Manager who serves as the first face of the brand for growing families. You will lead a sales-driven team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and model Carter's standards on product knowledge and service.

This role partners with the Store Manager to plan merchandising, schedules, and drive KPIs while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive store culture. Availability includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading a team and coaching staff preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute workforce management to ensure customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Foster an inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach teams to meet service standards and omnichannel goals.
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, training, and development.
