Job summary

Lids is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service. You will supervise associates, schedule shifts, and train staff to uphold Lids standards while creating an inclusive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include executing selling strategies to meet KPIs, resolving on-the-spot customer issues, maintaining VM standards, handling cash, and preparing for inventory.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Supervise staff through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up in the Store Manager's absence.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations on the floor to make it right for customers.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and professional appearance.
