Bath & Body Works is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in the Town of Florida, NY area. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver consistent customer experiences, and drive growth across the store.

This role blends leadership, coaching, and hands-on execution of store operations. The ideal candidate has proven experience in retail leadership, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to coach teams to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture and coach associates.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to feedback and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals for all associates.
• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including duties during peak times.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to execute action plans and drive results.
• Lead floorset direction to showcase products and tell the brand story.
• Manage opening/closing routines, banking, and shift coverage.
• Provide performance feedback and development recommendations to managers.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate sales floor coverage and selling focus.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
