Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be a front-line leader, engaging with customers while guiding a team to achieve growth and brand standards.

You will train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and service, maintain store operations, and ensure payroll and shift coverage align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in retail.
• Customer-focused selling culture with strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Lead leadership tasks, including Manager on Duty when scheduled, to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and ensure execution of operational activities.
• Lead floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and selling focus.
• Provide in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
