Safelite, a Belron company, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Springfield Township area to lead a busy retail location and its front-line team. You’ll drive daily operations, coach associates, manage inventory, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent.
• 3–5 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications and basic office equipment.
• Comfort working outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Present a professional appearance and wear PPE.
• Physical requirements: lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs; standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead associates to maximize productivity and world-class customer service; provide cross-training for operational stability.
• Respond to customer complaints/warranty issues and process casualty losses/repair damages.
• Manage work order assignments and routing of mobile jobs; ensure timely loading and transit of vehicles.
• Train associates on installation techniques, vehicle maintenance, documentation, and internal tech platforms.
• Monitor productivity, inventory and store cleanliness to meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable laws and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
