Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations with the store manager to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Lead interviews, hire recommendations, and team development.
• Develop and implement plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Ensure compliance with policies, scheduling, and expense controls.
• Maintain floor merchandising, POS accuracy, curbside processes, and safety.
