Dollar Tree in Cleveland Heights is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, organize merchandise, and maintain displays to company standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, scheduling, payroll records, loss prevention, and training Store Associates. A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment is ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor; maintain seasonal displays.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives, maintain payroll records, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect assets and adhere to safety policies.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
