Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in store management or supervisory roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform warehouse-type duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, and cash register deposits and receipts with accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Protect company assets and follow safety policies.
• Train and develop Store Associates as directed by the Store Manager.
