Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Englewood, OH to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, open/close procedures, and help train and supervise Store Associates while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

Responsibilities include merchandising, processing shipments, payroll and scheduling tasks, and enforcing policies to ensure a safe, friendly shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing merchandise and maintaining seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
