Job summary

Dollar Tree in Cleveland, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily activities, help customers, and supervise store associates under the Store Manager.

This part-time position covers merchandising, opening/closing, scheduling, payroll tasks, and loss prevention while ensuring a clean, organized storefront and friendly customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Store management or supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
