Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Canton, OH to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, support opening/closing procedures, and ensure merchandise is organized and properly displayed.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and leadership to maintain a safe, efficient, and friendly shopping environment. Part-time position with opportunities for growth and impact.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drugstore preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
