Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Columbus, OH.

You will assist with daily duties, help customers, and ensure merchandise is organized from delivery to floor while maintaining clean, well-stocked areas. The role emphasizes opening/closing procedures, adherence to directives, strong communication, and fostering a positive, respectful environment with staff and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Store management experience in retail or similar environment preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills required

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily store operations and activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities
• Maintain displays and promotional effectiveness
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and loss prevention
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment
