Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and duties.
• Help customers with inquiries and concerns in a positive manner.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized stockroom.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing store associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
