Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in El Paso, Texas. You’ll be the heart of the store, driving sales, coaching team members, and ensuring outstanding customer service while upholding brand standards.

You’ll lead daily operations, manage scheduling, training, and inventory processes, and help create an inclusive, high-energy work environment. Previous retail leadership desirable; relocation not required.

• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Lead and develop store associates through training and goal setting.
• Ensure customer service excellence and adherence to brand standards.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and store operations to meet performance targets.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and cash-handling procedures.
