Job summary

TitleMax in Missouri is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customer financial needs, drive store operations, and develop leadership capabilities. You will manage account activities, conduct risk assessments, and lead customer outreach to strengthen brand presence.

The role includes on-the-job training, cross-brand mobility, and opportunities for promotion within our growing network, with a strong emphasis on customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Complete daily campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
