TitleMax in Memphis, TN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customers with financial services and drive store operations. You will lead daily tasks, manage accounts, and ensure strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or retail, plus 3+ months in a supervisory role. Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office is a plus; a valid driver's license is required for daily work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer service, sales or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with phones, POS system, MS Office and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance with access to a vehicle.
• Background check required by law.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, lifting up to 25 pounds).

Responsabilités

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk of transactions, evaluate and process loans and pawn applications.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes to prevent losses.
• Maintain customer data accurately in the POS system.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality.
• Perform off-site duties including store errands and outreach.
• Support leadership in hosting in-store and community events.
• Maintain security protocols and cash management procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws; assist with audits.
• Monitor store appearance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by leadership.
• Maintain a full-time schedule with in-person attendance, including weekends.
