Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop and engage team members and achieve budgeted revenue goals; assist in all aspects of the business.
• Aid in selecting team members who align with the brand and products; maintain high training standards and motivate the team.
• Open and close the store; secure assets; plan and prepare labor schedules; maintain the store security system.
• Address customer needs and respond to team members; cultivate awareness of industry trends and store strategies.
• Support training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, and store administration.
