• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in leadership roles.

• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on the sales floor with energy and solutions for every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and stay product knowledge current.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged and closing the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, floor coverage.
• Keep the store organized, customer ready, and running smoothly.
