O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role includes leading a team, ensuring coverage during peak hours, and mentoring staff to meet goals. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom.
• Ensure staff coverage during peak hours and train team members.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside orders promptly.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are handled efficiently and refunds issued correctly.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing duties, and security.
