Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates during assigned shifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment that aligns with company standards.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and adherence to rotation and sign guidelines.
• Lead front-end operations, including cashier supervision and line management.
• Support loss prevention, cash handling, and daily reconciliations as needed.
• Uphold company policies and provide coaching to team members.
