Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through merchandising, operations, and community connection.
Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding with high-caliber talent.
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development to team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage stock/replenishment.
