The North Face in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience that reflects our values. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through excellence in customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.

The role requires 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop diverse teams.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through merchandising and operations.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing and inventory control.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent; provide ongoing coaching.
• Promote an inclusive, high-performing store culture.
