The role requires prior retail leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach and motivate associates.

Qualifications

• Experience driving sales and customer experience in retail.
• Prior store leadership or supervisory experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals with all associates.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experiences and operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execute operational activities.
• Drive floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage.
