Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales, customer experience and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Managerial retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals with associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty and address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and operational execution.
• Implement and sustain floorset direction to showcase the product story.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
• Set daily direction for the team and provide feedback to managers.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring proper sales floor coverage.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Train, coach and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to company policies.
