Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing exceptional associates and delivering consistent customer experiences. You will lead with the team to drive growth and maintain store standards, while embodying our brand values.

You will coach and motivate associates, manage scheduling, and ensure payroll targets are met, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty and address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues as needed.
• Lead the Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and ensure execution of operations.
• Open and close routines, manage bank deposits, and interpret company directives.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve selling and customer experience.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate sales floor coverage.
