You will positively impact growth across the store and serve as a brand ambassador who thrives on connections with customers.

The role requires leading by example, coaching teams, managing payroll targets, and ensuring store standards while delivering feel-good moments to guests in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and accountability with all associates.
• Lead store operations including opening/closing routines and payroll targets.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to implement action plans for improved results.
• Drive floor set direction to convey the product story and boost sales.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve selling and customer experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and visual standards across the store.
