KnitWell Group’s LOFT store in Orlando is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and help shape a strong store culture for associates. This role offers a pathway to grow within a dynamic, fashion-forward brand and will involve leading by example on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience required
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates
• Technology proficient and capable of operating a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results
• Initiative in making thoughtful decisions

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a customer-focused environment delivering exceptional experiences
