Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum age 18 years; High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience supervising others.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Recruit and develop store staff and manage customer relations.
• Open and close the store, count cash, and protect assets.
• Monitor financial statements and drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with FirstCash standards and procedures.
