Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and deposit procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise including receiving, stocking, and rotates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and ensure merchandise displays meet standards.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits; handle refunds/overrides.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
