Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, support the Team Leader, and deliver exceptional customer service in a clean, welcoming environment. You’ll supervise team members, maintain high standards, and communicate effectively with leadership.

You’ll also assist with scheduling, cash handling, and payroll-related tasks, while promoting a positive, team-oriented workplace and contributing to store profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Experience in retail or grocery environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Help oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Train, coach, and support store associates.
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining proper staffing levels.
• Support accurate cash handling and daily bank deposits.
