Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and support the Team Leader in delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll supervise team members, maintain high standards, and ensure a welcoming, efficient environment—driving store success.

Responsibilities include overseeing customer experience, store operations, and team development, while managing inventory, cash handling, and payroll support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Assist with daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Train, coach, and support store associates; assist with scheduling.
• Assist with inventory control, audits, reporting, and cash handling.
