Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager, coaching a team, and delivering standout customer experiences in our Peoria, IL location. You will guide associates, model LOFT’s service standards, and help onboard and develop a high-energy team ready to take on leadership responsibilities.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months of retail sales experience with preference for management exposure, and are tech-savvy with POS proficiency.

Qualifications

6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
Management experience (preferred).
Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

Represent the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
Collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and ready to step in as manager when needed.
Uphold high visual and operational standards while keeping focus on the customer.
Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates for better customer interactions.
Support an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
Drive a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools to stay connected with company priorities and promotions.
