FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Anchorage to help lead our store team and drive daily operations.

You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, manage merchandise, and support profitability in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates bring prior leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, ability to stand and lift, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience in retail supervision.
• Strong customer service focus and problem solving.
• Ability to train and develop team members and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support assets protection.
• Open/close the store, including cash handling and procedures.
• Monitor transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain merchandising standards and product knowledge.
