FirstCash, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager in Anchorage to help lead the team and drive store performance. You will partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation.
• Analyze performance metrics and support business objectives.
