Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Uphold Miniso mission, values, and customer service standards.
• Ensure seamless store execution: service, merchandising, procedures, and sales.
• Drive sales growth and optimize labor and inventory.
• Promote the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain cash handling, SOP adherence, and store safety.
