You will engage customers, coach staff, and help drive sales while upholding brand standards and KPI targets.

The role requires 2+ years in a high-performance selling environment, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication—both written and verbal.
• Business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Strong time management and delegation skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and sales efforts.
