Job summary

Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens to lead an engaging sales floor, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to meet KPIs, build brand loyalty, and model Pandora’s values in every guest interaction.

You will coach staff, manage priorities, and ensure accurate merchandising while embracing a fast-paced retail environment that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and inspire a sales team to hit KPI goals.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time on the sales floor engaging with customers and driving sales with the team.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback to improve performance.
• Foster brand loyalty and build genuine connections with customers beyond transactions.
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand store experience.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and guest satisfaction.
