Job summary

Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to immerse in our brand, culture, and products, supporting the Store Manager and driving exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. You will lead by example, coach the team, and ensure brand standards are met while delivering strong results.

The role requires at least 2 years in a high-performance selling environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Mastery of time management and ability to delegate tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems.
• At least 18 years old with eligibility to work.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the sales floor to drive sales targets.
• Coach and inspire sales team, providing real-time feedback.
• Uphold visual merchandising and store standards.
• Support Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Assist in recruiting seasonal and core sales staff.
• Build lasting connections with fans and convert them into loyal customers.
