Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and inspire our sales team at Pandora @ Westfarms Mall. You will drive exceptional customer experiences on the floor and support the Store Manager in achieving store goals.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of high-performance selling experience, strong communication, and a passion for brand storytelling. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

• Ability to coach and inspire a sales team.
