Job summary

Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Midland Park Mall to lead the floor, coach the team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales while upholding Pandora’s brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in a high-performance selling environment, strong communication, and a keen eye for brand presentation. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required to meet store KPIs.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Ability to connect with customers at all levels and communicate with care
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking with a data-driven approach
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Proficient with MS Office 365 and retail POS systems

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the sales floor engaging with customers and driving sales with the team
• Coach and inspire the sales team with real-time feedback to hit KPI goals
• Build brand loyalty through product knowledge and memorable shopping moments
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for smooth, on-brand operation
• Perform all other duties as assigned
