Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels on the showroom and ensure staff adherence to programs.
• Assist in staffing during peak hours and help manage store operations.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate team members; participate in interviews and hiring.
• Ensure all orders, returns and transfers are processed accurately and timely.
• Enforce company policies, clock-in/out, and daily opening/closing duties.
