Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is opening a brand new store at Towne Mall in Elizabethtown, KY this November. Interviews begin October 1st. The Store Support Teammate helps create a great guest experience and supports store operations.

Your role includes greeting guests, handling POS transactions, assisting merchandising, and keeping the store clean and organized while following Buckle’s policies and ethics.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Complete guest transactions by operating the POS system and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and theft and know how to prevent or handle situations.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
