The Buckle, Inc. is opening a brand-new store at Towne Mall in Elizabethtown, KY this November. Interviews begin October 1st.

The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager will drive sales, merchandising, and daily operations, reporting to the Store Manager and Leadership Team. This role includes training teammates and potentially acting as Store Manager in their absence. Compensation includes base rate plus commission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and merchandise to customers and maintain displays.
• Lead sales team and provide training.
• Assist Store Manager in store operations and daily tasks.
