Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is opening a brand new store in Elizabethtown, KY, and is hiring for Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager roles. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and train teammates, and lead merchandising and daily store operations.

Responsibilities include delivering legendary guest service, coaching teammates, and maintaining visual standards while achieving sales goals and supporting loss prevention. Interviews begin soon.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and leadership aptitude are preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train and motivate teammates.
• Strong guest service and merchandising knowledge.
