Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is opening a brand new store at the Towne Mall in Elizabethtown, Kentucky in November. We will hire many new teammates for this team and will start interviews October 1.

The Operations Manager is responsible for fulfilling our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests and oversees a range of store operations and tasks based on business needs. The role includes leadership of daily operations, onboarding new teammates, managing promotions, POS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate store operations and daily disciplines as directed by management.
• Lead onboarding and selection activities, set up interviews and complete onboarding with new teammates.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of POS software and guest service policies.
• Ensure promotions are displayed and signage is updated; handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area and organize fixtures/shelving.
• Provide feedback to management and uphold Buckle policies and code of ethics.
