Buckle is opening a new store in Towne Mall, Elizabethtown, KY, and hiring for multiple team roles including Leadership in Training and Floor Leaders. Interviews begin October 1st.

The job focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, sales goals, and in-store merchandising leadership. As a Leader in Training or Floor Leader, you will work closely with the Store Manager to develop sales, recruit teammates, and maintain store standards while promoting a positive guest experience and team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months related retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Assist in driving sales and executing in-store merchandising standards.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service across the store.
